Warranty according to the price range (Government Decree 151/2003)

The mandatory warranty period depends on the sale price: HUF 10,000–250,000: 2 years, over HUF 250,000: 3 years (Government Decree 151/2003 and related legislation). The warranty covers manufacturing defects.

  • HUF 10,000–250,000: 2 years

  • For manufacturing defects; free repair/replacement

The warranty does not apply if the product:

  • Damaged due to improper use
  • Has undergone modifications or repairs by an external service
  • Exposed to natural wear and tear
  • Damaged as a result of an accident or external impact
  • Serial number or guarantee stamp missing or damaged

The repair time depends on the nature of the fault:

  • Minor errors: 5-10 working day
  • Complex errors: 15-30 working day
  • Parts shortage: Up to 60 working days
Tips for the validity of your guarantee
  • Keep your purchase invoice for the duration of the guarantee
  • Do not remove the serial number or warranty label from the product
  • Use the product according to the instructions for use
  • Use only official spare parts and accessories
  • Do not try to repair the product yourself

You can only submit a warranty claim online. You can also attach photos and videos - we'll let you know by email.

For guest customers:

You can submit a warranty claim via the order link you received in your email. If you have lost the link, please enter your order number or account number and email address - we will send you the link automatically by email.
