The voice coil, wound with copper-clad aluminium wire (CCAW), offers low inductance (Le: 0.69 mH) and a DC resistance of 6.6 ohms, enabling excellent transient response. With a total Q factor (Qts) of 0.34, a mechanical Q (Qms) of 17.61, and an electrical Q (Qes) of 0.35, this driver is optimised for sealed or ported enclosures, delivering tight, controlled bass. The maximum linear excursion (Xmax) of 6.15 mm ensures clean output at higher volumes, while the 282.5 mm cutout diameter and eight mounting holes facilitate straightforward installation. With a nominal diameter of 305 mm and a depth of 151 mm, this woofer combines robust performance with a compact footprint, making it a versatile addition to any high-fidelity audio system.
